Thank you for reminding us of who we are and what we do as humans in
this giant food chain harnessed by our own mechanisms for eating bacon
and eggs!

I love VegCamp. They need to be here and educate all the Burners. Thank
you.

I loved the film. Absolute must for everybody. Deserves more attention.
I would love to see more videos of the same concept.

Bottomline, I have never seen the suffering... I just consumed without
knowing the systematic destruction of other beings. Get this, they fear
pain just like you or I. Imagine someone cutting your nose or hand off.
Imagine you living in a metal cage, so confined you can't even turn around.
Thank you for letting me see visually my impact by consuming meat.
My heart hurts to see this and will heal by my new commitment to go from
consuming meat 2-3 times per day to 2 times per week.

I was raised in the Connecticut countryside, raising cows, chicken and
pigs. I also hunt for my own food. Even though this video is showing the
most extreme conditions of cruelty, it is actually happening around the
world. This video makes me think that I could go without meat and still
satisfy my hungry stomach. It presents another point of view without screaming
it in my face and brings Burning Man's community together in the same way
everything else here does.

My heart sang when I saw the video message about animal cruelty. The
plight of the animals in this day and age is horrible and the story must
be told. Burning Man is a place of truth, freedom and non-judgement, where
all beings should be free to live without harm. This message is very fitting.

This video has made me become vegan. Thank you.

This camp/video is very important to make others aware of the atrocities
of eating meat. By placing this installment at the centre of the camp,
hopefully, the public will be more attuned to potential health dangers
and animal cruelty.

Thank you for bringing this to Burning Man.
Spread the love.
Keep the faith.
Every animal with legs deserves the right to run.
Every animal with wings deserves the right to fly.
Every animal with fins deserves the right to swim.
Fight the good fight.

Thank you so much for showing this. I really appreciate it. It was a
video like this that made me realize to become vegetarian. I really think
more people should see this.

Happy to see [this film], it's very educational and should be shown
on public television. Good effort against animal cruelty.

A poem by Nicholas P.
(written while watching the VegCamp video at Burning Man)
Blood crust on my hands.
It gets in your palms and lines red like veins, spilling blood,
flooding my hand.
A red pond that I see myself looking for a younger man, whose
smile made him look older than he was.
No I'm just...
Wipe them on the aprons.
The stain, the lines in my palm show me future.
Just..
